Kovent Estates was originally founded as Karanjee Properties by Karanjee Gaba. Since then, co-founder Harry has brought his extensive expertise, having worked with renowned companies, to strengthen and grow the business. Together, they lead a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional property services.
Karanjee Gaba personally oversees lettings and sales, while Harry manages the property management operations behind the scenes. We utilise a cutting-edge Client and Service Management (CSM) system to keep all property management tasks up to date and organised.
We proudly serve clients across West London and the Midlands, specialising in residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. Our local market knowledge and industry experience allow us to tailor solutions to your unique needs.

One of our valued clients, a director of a £10 million company, initially let a property through us for his wife’s business. We make appointments based on our customers’ availability and understand that sometimes urgent matters arise outside normal hours. That’s why we are always reachable via our mobile phone line. If you have an urgent query after hours, please leave a message, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Using mobile phones rather than landlines allows us to answer queries on the go and coordinate swiftly with our admin team to resolve any issues.
Helping someone
